Join the beautiful CampV community for a Plunge into Gratitude with a Wim Hof inspired mini retreat to help reset your nervous system before the busy holiday season. We will be led by Park City based Holistic Coach Sofia Mileti for a special experience with harvest meals, sound healing, meditation, breath work and the plunge!  Arrive for the retreat November 18th by 5P and depart November 19th at 12P. Linger longer and stay Saturday night to relax and enjoy time next to the fire. During dinner, we will have a brief introduction to the data, both anecdotal and science based, of how these three modalities heal and learn about the underlying physiology. After dinner, enjoy an evening sound bath before bedtime with crystal singing bowls and a myriad of other instruments. The crystal singing bowls are tuned to the 432 htz frequency, a frequency capable of healing the body on a cellular level, as it shifts your brainwaves into the theta state.Wake up refreshed followed by a morning meditation with movement as we gently wake up the senses and set our intentions.Farm to Table Family Style Breakfast followed by breath workAfter the breath work participants will be invited to discover the life changing experience of the cold water plunge in the CampV pond. While the cold therapy portion of the event is definitely optional, we highly encourage it!
