For the last EMAS Presents of the year,  artists will be be doing a live film scoring of the classic silent film He Who Gets Slapped.

EMAS Presents will be teaming up with <a href="https://www.straycatfilmcenter.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Stray Cat Film Center</a> for their Sounds Of Silence series to perform a live film scoring of the classic silent film <a href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0014972/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">He Who Gets Slapped</a>.EMAS Presents is a monthly experimental and improvised music series curated by Seth Andrew Davis + Evan Verploegh, an extension of the collective ensemble Extemporaneous Music &amp; Arts Society. EMAS aims to highlight local, national, and international music practitioners in order to grow Kansas City’s improvised music community.
