Elevate Young Minds is a youth driven charity, that gives young people a platform to act on current global issues We intensively engage our members in creative volunteering and leadership opportunities, to help them develop innovative approaches to addressing global issues. A charity that supports the development of emerging artists within the arts community through youth exchanges and connecting them with professionals in the industry.

The lighthouse hub

This years programming, covers topics and solutions designed my members of the Young Creative Leaders Global Youth Ambassadors. Conversations covering Dance sport, sector development mechanisms, the furthering of Dance Sport in Peace and youth development practice, implementable to ensure community readiness. A forum that&#x27;s designed to enable the sharing of best practice between Regions, National and international Stake holders or practitioners in the Hip Hop Dance Sector across the Common Wealth. In this forum we question the current position of Dance Sport, both economically and culturally. During this session we will explore what it means to develop a sustainable sector, leveraging sports and business models towards the practice of Hip Hop Dance, to create opportunities for regular employment and stepping away from the &quot;gig-economy&quot;. Further considering how we create a culture of popular interest around Dance Sport, with easily accessible opportunities to engage in dance - particularly Hip Hop Dance - as a beginner, professional, or simply as a spectator.FACE Festival is a meeting place for artists, leaders, and social entrepreneurs to develop and advocate for solutions to global problems. This year&#x27;s program will be held in the UK, with scheduled forums in leadership and business, alongside artistic community events and workshops. Some of our main events this year include our Black Youth Forum, FACE Film, Rotation Dance Exchange initiative, Face Summit and Awards Ceremony, among other things.
