Performance: ‘Birdsong’ 
Classical and Electronic Music with Sureka Amerasinghe, Dinelka Liyanage, Johann Peiris, and Sahan Samarakoon

Sureka, Johann, and Sahan on flute and Dinelka on electronics respond to the artworks in Display 2 of Rotation 2 of ‘Encounters. The display revolves around a large-scale installation of paintings of birds by Gamini Ratnavira (b. 1949) originally commissioned for the Habarana Lodge (Cinnamon Lodge Habarana). These artworks are placed in conversation with a site plan of the Kandalama Hotel (Heritance Kandalama) by Laki Senanayake (1937–2021). The works by Ratnavira and Senanayake can be viewed in ‘Encounters’ until 13 November 2022.සුරේකා, යොහාන්, සහ සහන් බටනළාවෙන් ද දිනෙල්ක ඉලෙක්ට්‍රොනික සංගීතයෙන් ද 'මුණගැසීම්හි' දෙවන වටමාරුවේ දෙවන සංදර්ශකයෙහි කලාකෘතිවලට ප්‍රතිචාර දක්වති. මෙම සංදර්ශකය දිවෙන්නේ මුලින් හබරණ ලොජ් (සිනමන් ලොජ් හබරණ) වෙනුවෙන් නිර්මාණය කළ ගාමිණි රත්නවීරගේ (b. 1949) විශාල පරිමාණයේ කුරුළු සිතුවම් එකතුවක ස්ථාපනය වටා ය. මෙම කලාකෘති ලකී සේනානායක (1937–2021) ඇඳි කණ්ඩලම හෝටලයේ (හෙරිටන්ස් කණ්ඩලම) භූ සැලැස්ම හා සංවාදයේ තබා ඇත. රත්නවීරයන්ගේ සහ සේනානායකයන්ගේ කලාකෘති 2022 නොවැම්බර් 13 දක්වා 'මුණගැසීම්හී' දැක බලා ගත හැක.'சந்திப்புகள்’ கண்காட்சியின் இரண்டாவது சுழற்சியின் காட்சி 2 இல் உள்ள கலைப்படைப்புகளுக்கு, சுரேகா, யொஹான் மற்றும் சஹன் புல்லாங்குழலுடனும், டினெல்க மின்னிசையுடனும் தமது உள்ளுணர்ச்சியை வெளிக்காட்டுவர். இக்காட்சியானது, காமினி ரத்னவீர (பி. 1949) என்பவர் நிறுவிய பாரிய அளவிலான பறவை ஓவியங்களை மையமாக வைத்து வடிவமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அப்பறவை ஓவியங்கள் முதலில் ஹபரண லாட்ஜ் (சினமன் லாட்ஜ் ஹபரண) என்ற விடுமுறை விடுதிக்காக நியமிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தன. இந்த கலைப்படைப்புகள், லக்கி சேனநாயக்க (1937-2021) வரைந்த கந்தளம விடுமுறை விடுதியின் (ஹெரிடன்ஸ் கந்தளம ஹோட்டல்) தளத் திட்டத்துடன் உரையாடலில் வைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. ரத்னவீர மற்றும் சேனநாயக்கவின் படைப்புகளை, நவம்பர் மாதம் 13ம் திகதி (2022) வரை ‘சந்திப்புகள்’ கண்காட்சியில் பார்வையிடலாம்.
