MJ Fit is hosting MERRY LIFTMAS, a powerlifting meet JUST for women on December 10th!

Ladies, this is a perfect opportunity to show off your powerlifting skills in our competition exclusively for women! If you have only competed in a few meets, or this will be your first, we will make sure you feel confident on this new adventure. The judging, standards, and rules will all be that of a traditional sanctioned powerlifting meet, but with some leniency and education built in, knowing we will have many first-time competitors. 
<ul><li>We only have 20 spots available for competitors at this competition! Be sure to sign up before December 1st to secure your spot. We hope to see you at Merry Liftmas!
</li><li>Once you register as an athlete, we will send you a survey requesting information about weight class, T-shirt size, and your bio. 
</li></ul>Included in entry fee: 
<ul><li>An event T-shirt we are having designed specifically for this event, and it’s going to be VERY festive. 
</li><li>A chance to win one of our EPIC holiday trophies! 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in each weight class will receive a trophy. 
</li><li>1 badass lady will also win our &quot;best overall lifter&quot; award, which includes another trophy, and tons of prizes from all our vendors! 
</li><li>Speaking of vendors, we will have several there on competition day with snacks, recovery drinks, swag, and free services. All athletes will receive goodie bags as well. 
</li></ul>Spectators:
Bring your friends to cheer you on! It makes SUCH a difference to have a cheering section rooting for you! 
<ul><li>Admission to watch the event in person is $5.
</li><li>We will also be livestreaming the event on our social media platforms!</li></ul>This meet is perfect for women who have experience with lifting, and want to experience the thrill of competition in a safe, supportive, empowering environment.
