Fab Lab Center

This is a FREE event hosted by the Hatboro Horsham Educational Foundation (HHEF).All students from Keith Valley Middle School are welcome!Dinner will be provided between 6-6:30pm! Please register as spots are limited.Dates and Workshops:* November 16th - Introduction to Computer Science/Coding Activity* January 18th - Introduction to Digital Design/Design Activity*March 16th - Introduction to Fabrication/Design and Fabrication Activity*April 19th - Computer Science and Fabrication ApplicationsW﻿hat is FABLAB? STEAM education engages children across the Bucks IU Fab Lab disciplines of Science, Technology, Engineering, the Arts, and Math. It is an essential component of a 21st Century education as we prepare youth to bring knowledge and skills to solve problems, make sense of information, and know how to gather and evaluate evidence to make decisions.Our Fab Lab makes STEAM education FUN by encouraging curiosity, creativity, artistic expression, collaboration, computational thinking, communication, problem solving, critical thinking, and design thinking.The Fab Lab is home to digital fabrication and computer science equipment, paired with age-appropriate curricula that engages and educates youth of all ages.
