<h2>Last Minute Injury Prevention Checklist: For Gymnasts, Parents and Coaches.</h2><h3>Welcome to our March Grand Rounds for the nonprofit Gymnastics Medicine: Education and Research: Last minute injury prevention checklist on Sunday, March 5, 2022 at 7pm EST.</h3><p><strong>Topic:</strong> Injury Prevention </p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Virtual (Zoom) and FREE</p><p><strong>Who should attend: </strong> This lecture is geared towards Gymnasts, Parents, and Coaches (Medical Providers are welcome to attend but our focus with this lecture is for Gymnasts, Parents, and Coaches).  This is a FREE online event!</p><p><strong>Description: </strong>Join our multidisciplinary team of Gymnastics Medicine experts as we go through a last minute injury prevention checklist as you head into the last part of your competition season. We will start with the basics of sleep, nutrition, hydration, mental health, and prehab (injury prevention exercises) and end with a one of kind &quot;check list&quot; for your gymnast!
