<h2>How to Go From Preseason to In Season</h2><h2>Join our multidisciplinary team of Gymnastics Medicine experts as we explore and explain how to go from preseason to in season!</h2><h3>Welcome to our January Grand Rounds for the nonprofit Gymnastics Medicine: Education and Research: How to go from preseason to in season on Sunday, January 22, 2022 at 7pm EST.</h3><p><strong>Topic:</strong> How to transition from preseason to in season as a gymnast</p><p><strong>Location:</strong> Virtual (Zoom) and FREE</p><p><strong>Who should attend: </strong> This lecture is geared towards Gymnasts, Parents, and Coaches (Medical Providers are welcome to attend but our focus with this lecture is for gymnasts, parents, and coaches).  This is a FREE online event!</p><p><strong>Description: </strong>Join our multidisciplinary team of Gymnastics Medicine experts as we explain how to transition from preseason to in season and stay injury free.
