IVY Energetic Studio in Mount Pleasant, SC is a community hub for conscious events and gatherings. From healing workshops and soulful panels to movement practices, book clubs, and music experiences, our events are designed to awaken energy, spark connection, and nourish personal growth. IVY is where kindred spirits come together to learn, expand, and celebrate life in an elevated way.

Lately there is a lot being said about toxic masculinity. What men are doing WRONG. BUT:
What is healthy masculinity?

All genders welcomed and encouraged- Darkness does not exist, it is simply the absence of light.

The focus of this class is going to be bringing together health conscious men from the Charleston community.
Celebrating men that are making an effort to improve themselves.
Celebrating men that are curious about what it means to be a healthy man.

Masculinity/men will be the topic of discussion but I am encouraging all genders to attend this event.
To witness, observe, and learn from this select group of men that are working on being better versions of themselves.

I want healthy men to be seen and heard.
To be felt.
With an intention to ripple out the energetics of solutions instead of problems into the community.
An encouragement to evolve from the generations before.

We will focus on the 4 areas of health.
Mental.
Emotional.
Physical.
And Spiritual.

The truth of the matter is that most of us have been programmed with over powering masculine energy in our minds and bodies.
It has been the predominant operating system for a long time now.
We come together to learn about our potential by understanding the energetics that rule most societies today.
Observing ourselves to find the ways in which we can live more balanced lives.

Join us at Ivy if you feel called to support the blossoming of health conscious men in the community. At the end of this event I will point men in several directions if they want to continue to stay connected in this community of men focused on personal growth.
