<p>In this 2-hour class, we’ll explore the seven primary chakras, with a special focus on the heart chakra. You’ll learn the practical qualities of each chakra, how to identify imbalances, and how to use crystals with meditation to help promote a state of harmony across all aspects of your being.     </p><p>Sophia Gaia is a Certified Life Coach &amp; Meditation Practitioner who has been working in service to people since 1992 in various coaching, counseling, and supervisory positions. Using crystal therapy &amp; meditation she aids those who are feeling stuck or confused in their current life walk to find a more fulfilling direction.</p>
