湾区数年，来去间尽是同窗故旧。闲侃中发现，多年来，不少人的志趣依然相投。我们几位朋友合议下，于是有了这么个技术沙龙。我们定位于技术和业界方面的讨论，同时也提供一个机会大家碰碰面，聊聊天，互通有无。至于以后的内容：但有所长的，请告知我们，我们可以商讨提­供讲座的机会；想要讨论某些方面内容的，请告诉我们，我们可以寻找相应的专家提供讲座。希望以后我们多多聚首！

It is our great pleasure to invite you to join Alibaba Open Day. It will be an auspicious opportunity for us to exchange inspirations and share our exciting  breakthroughs on Big Data Computing and Search infrastructure to provide best-in-class shopping experience at Alibaba's e-commerce platforms,including Taobao and Tmall.
Speakers include Jingren Zhou, Vice President and Head of the Search and Computing  Platform Division, and other top tech leaders at Alibaba Group.
2018年4月15日，我们 Silicon Valley Tech Meetup 非常高兴的邀请到了 阿里巴巴集团 搜索推荐事业部&计算平台事业部 总裁周靖人先生携核心管理团队来到硅谷阿里开放日活动，届时将就大数据计算，技术变革商业等实践探索做现场分享，诚邀业内同行莅临会场与大家探讨交流。
阿里巴巴推荐与搜索引擎平台支持包括淘宝、天猫、优酷乃至海外电商在内整个阿里集团的推荐与搜索的业务，该平台拓展支持各种深度学习网络预测的灵活拆分，支持超TB的模型，驱动构计算、实时计算以及深度学习训练平台发展，不断追求效率的极致为用户提供更好的的商业体验。更重要的是，搜索事业部还拥有多项世界领先的算法技术，是阿里巴巴技术驱动商业变革的核心引擎。
阿里计算平台是阿里巴巴集团数据平台的基础技术设施，提供一站式数据采集、加工、分析、挖掘的平台服务，及完善的配套数据开发、数据管理工具，支持离线分布式计算、在线流计算、图计算、实时多维分析、机器学习、深度学习等多种业界领先的计算服务。对外支撑阿里云全套大数据服务（数加），对内作为集团统一的数据仓库支撑阿里巴巴集团、蚂蚁金服、菜鸟的数据集市，是业界排名第一的大数据服务平台。
