Zoe Jakes has been bellydancing for 20 years, and brings a playfulness and ease into the classroom that makes training fun! She desires to create an inclusive environment so all humans can enjoy the art of bellydance, and hopes that everyone can experience the grace and fluidity that comes with training in this form.

This 8 week series is a surprise each week! Zoe will create new choreography each week, or a series of combinations. If perhaps she feels inspired she will use the work from the previous week to help build the next week, but it all depends! The goal of this class is to follow the creative spark wherever it goes, to see Zoes creative process, and to dance a lot! You will leave this class with fresh ideas on choreo and combo creation, and lots of new and interesting pieces to choose from for your own use.Themes for the choreographies include but are not limited to:<ul><li>Pop lock </li><li>Layering</li><li>Spinning and floor work</li><li>Fluid and graceful stylization</li><li>Dynamics and breath</li></ul>This workshop series is FULLY HYBRID!So come join me online via ZOOM or in-person at my studio!HOW TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKET: E﻿ach ticket type shows 2 different amounts. You will pick an amount and pay no less than the first amount but no more than the second amount.
