Birthing is one of the most athletic events most women will experience in their lifetime and showing up unprepared can often lead to undesirable outcomes. Knowledge is power and it is one of my goals to help empower women through their pregnancy to avoid unnecessary intervention and achieve the birth they desire.Having knowledge about how the baby moves through the pelvis and how mama can move throughout labor to assist baby can reduce pain and labor times. Working proactively during pregnancy on pelvic and pelvic floor balance can make pregnancy more comfortable and enjoyable and birth less painful and lengthy. Join me for this workshop to help prepare you for your upcoming birth! Taught by local Mama, Chiropractor, and BIRTHFIT Leader Kailey Armor.
