<p>A safe, low-pressure environment with a small group of teens guided by LCSWs who specialize in teen development and trauma. We will be learning tools to navigate healing and trauma. There will be yummy food and activities.  Any adult is welcome to attend with the teen(s). A starting activity, for example, may include making mindfulness jars to help teens understand how their individual brains respond to stress and anxiety. This is for ages 13+.</p>
