I’ve been a personal trainer for 22  years and am certified through the American Council on Exercise (ACE), the YMCA, and Foundation Training. My training style uses sport-specific strength and conditioning, core strength and balance development, active isolated stretching, goal-setting, motivational techniques, and Foundation Training. I use a hybrid of these modalities to help my clients reach peak personal performance and development.I consider each client a puzzle, and it’s my job to find the right combination of pieces that makes their personalized program safe, fun and effective.
