Elleni Woods graduated from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) with a degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She completed further study at the Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China where her focus was in Reproductive Health, Infertility, Sexual Dysfunction and Chronic Disease.  She further completed a postgraduate program at the Labor and Delivery Unit at NYU Langone Health Hospital in Brooklyn NY. Additionally, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Sydney.As an Acupuncture practitioner and Chinese Medicine Herbalist,  she specializes in Male and Female Fertility, Reproductive Health, Sexual Health and Wellness, Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Chronic Disease.She has traveled the world learning from Master Medicine Practitioners, Healers, Birthworkers, Bodyworkers, Visionary Musicians & Artists and Tantrikas. She became certified as a Breathwork Instructor with SOMA Breath and a Kambo Practitioner through the IAKP. She then furthered her career as a Love, Sex and Relationship Coach and Psychedelic Integration Coach. She integrates all of her experience and knowledge into her sessions with her clients and empowers them to be involved in all aspects of their healing journey. Combining Pranayama (breathwork) with science. SOMA is a multi-sensory meditation experience including a sequence of breathwork techniques that can awaken dormant parts of your brain, improve circulation, promote physical and emotional healing, transmute sexual life force and help to manifest your intentions by raising your emotional state and connecting with your full potential. It combines hypnotic music to encourage deep neural transformation.WHO’S IT FOR?Everyone is welcome, if you can breathe, you can awaken!T﻿his is for you if you're feeling STUCK in your life, your mood or your mindset. You would like to change but don't know how.Y﻿ou would like to raise your Level of Vibrational Energy (L.O.V.E) so that you can be more creative, focused, in flow AND feel an overall sense of LOVE and wellbeing.THE SESSION*** We will begin with a brief introduction of SOMA breath then we will dive into Intention Setting, Meditation, and then start with the Breathwork.We will be using a rhythmic connected breath. Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth, without a pause. It is very ACTIVE breathing however you can follow along the best you can.There will be a brief meditation before and after the session. There will also be breath retention (Intermittent Hypoxia Training) components incorporated in the session. It allows you a few minutes to slow down and pause your life to be fully in the present moment. You enter a profound meditative state and connect to your higher self.Depending on your level of experience with breathwork you may want to be lying down for this session as you will be more comfortable and supported.********CONTRAINDICATIONS*******IMPORTANT: Please ask your doctor if breathwork is safe for you if you have any medical conditions. Intermittent hypoxia therapy (breath holds) in and intense active breathwork is contraindicated, in the case of:Acute severe illnessEpilepsy (on line sessions)Patients with pacemakers or heart arrhythmias.PregnancyHeart Attack/StrokeSome conditions which may be aggravated by IHT include and careful attention to technique must be paid. Eg: Tinnitus, hernias. For all other medical conditions consult your doctor and please be your own guide. Gently include IHT to improve your health. Your body is your own guide as to how far you should push. It is always safer to build up your tolerance slowly and steadily.
