Ethics in settlement negotiations: what would you do?Hon. Donna P. Currault &amp; Eva DossierNoon to 1 p.m., ethics creditThe presentation will address several common settlement negotiation scenarios that implicate the Rules of Professional Conduct, including through the lens of empirical research on psychology and game framing. An anonymous poll with allow audience members to indicate how they would proceed, and the poll results will provide information as to how other attorneys’ perspectives may differ.
