Ironman Grappling Championships (IGC) is a professional submission grappling invitational based in Bristol, CT. IGC strives to be the premier grappling promotion in  CT and the northeast focusing on athlete and spectator experience.

IGC6 goes down the evening of Saturday, January 21st from Ascension Athletics in Bristol, CT! Doors open at 3:00pm. Prelims start at 3:30pm. Main Card at 5:00pm. Catch the top grapplers in the northeast and beyond put it all on the line in 10 minute matches under submission only rules.
