W Scottsdale is teaming up with the NOH8 Campaign and NASCAR for the first installment of Activ8 Against H8. We invite heroes, activists and icons to take the stage and empower individuals to use their influence for positive social change. Attendees can expect thoughtful dialogue and a free NOH8 photo shoot. On behalf of Phoenix Raceway each attendee will also receive one ticket to the NASCAR Xfinity Series Championship Race at Phoenix Raceway on Saturday 11/5 at 3PM. Jen Jo Cobb (she/her):Jennifer Jo Cobb is a professional NASCAR racecar driver, NASCAR team owner, international public speaker, entrepreneur, and a corporate spokesperson.Schuyler Bailar (him/he): Is the first transgender athlete to compete in any sport on an NCAA Division 1 men’s team. By 15, he was one of the nation’s top-20 15-year-old breast-strokers. By 17, he set a national age-group record.Ophelia Nichols (she/her):From becoming a large creator, Ophelia is a small town southern mama from Mobile Alabama. She has had her fair share of hardships and struggles in her life, but she has made it her mission to spread positivity and kindness with the world.B﻿rendon Ayanbadejo (he/him):Baltimore Ravens Super Bowl champion Brendon Ayanbadejo is known for his resolute devotion to champion the right for gay couples to legally wed.
