Smithgall Building

All high school and college students and early career journalists are welcome to our day-long workshop. Learn from top news professionals with CNN, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, 11Alive and Georgia Tech. Recruiters from top news organizations will also be speaking on how to land a journalism job and a list of open positions will also be available.

Schedule (subject to change)All sessions will take place in Room 117 at Georgia Tech, Charles A. Smithgall Student Services Building, 353 Ferst Drive, NW, Atlanta, GA 30313. **Use Google Maps or Waze, not Apple Maps. There is a parking lot outside the building, but note that parking is $2/hour and payment must be made through the parking meters or the ParkMobile app. For alternative transportation, there is the Midtown Marta Station and the North Avenue Marta Station near Georgia Tech&#x27;s campus.Lunch and a raffle ticket to gift hampers is included with your admission.9:30 am Check-in begins.
