Inaugural BRAVE Fest

ADL-Austin + BRAVE Communities + LifeANew + YMCA-Townlake

To commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.'s 50th Anniversary of his assassination (April 4, 1968) and to ignite a rededication of his vision to love our neighbors and build an equitable community. Join us on Sunday, April 8th at SpiderHouse Ballroom. Admission to the BRAVE Fest is FREE w/Eventbrite RSVP or $2 donation at the door to register. Event emcees are Terri Broussard Williams and Ruben Cantu. Delicious food and full bar are available for purchase at the Spiderhouse. Equip young people with better interpersonal and professional skills. Through advocacy and events planning, BRAVE-makers will gain competencies ranging from project and time management, financial literacy/budgeting, supplier/vendor relations, negotiation, marketing, branding, PR/promotions, strategic & analytical thinking, cross-cultural, customer service, and teambuilding.
