Come to our open house and party! Silicon Valley Bicycle Coalition invites everyone to come party in our San José office. It&#x27;s no secret that the building was formerly a frat house and after a year of SVBC it&#x27;s safe to say there&#x27;s been an energy shift. Bring your friends, neighbors, and anyone else who loves biking as much as we do!While socializing and munching, we invite you to engage in a community activity to share visions for the space and for our work as SVBC.This is a casual, come as you are, and when you are able event between 1 and 4pm. We’ll provide:<ul><li>Munchies and drinks (limited beer or wine for those over 21)</li><li>Open house gifts (bike lights, bike bags, etc.)</li><li>Free secure bicycle parking</li><li>Lots of space both inside and outside in which to socialize</li><li>SVBC staff and volunteers to keep you informed and entertained</li><li>Bikey prizes for a few lucky attendees -- lights, locks, jerseys, and more (Prize winners do not need to be present to win, but must check in before 3:15pm. The prize drawing is at 3:30pm. If you aren&#x27;t present at time of drawing, we will ship or bike your prize to you, just make sure to enter your email, phone, and address correctly when signing up!)</li></ul>You should:<ol><li>Bring your imagination</li><li>Ride your bike or walk (no motor vehicle parking on site, may park on street or in nearby parking garages)</li><li>Wear a mask when inside (masks required, vaccines encouraged)</li><li>Get friends to sign up and make new friends at the party :-)</li></ol><a href="https://bikesiliconvalley.org/donate/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Donate and become a member!</a> Together we can make streets safe and save lives! Any donation of $135 or more made through this event page is eligible for a FREE bike jersey while supplies last. PLEASE NOTE: sizes are limited. Pick up at the merch table at the party.Members are key to improving bicycling conditions -- people power makes it happen!  Members may also vote at the party to elect candidates to our Board of Directors.There will be a short fun bicycle ride before this event and arriving as the party starts. We also need volunteers to help bring the event to life on <a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/434395798527" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dec 10!</a> If you&#x27;d like to lend a hand, volunteers get extra chances to win prizes!
