We honor you.A celebration of Indian culture, self-expression, and living your authentic self combined with shifting your relationship with body inside out, our dance lessons embrace folk dances like Bhangra from Punjab, India - think high knees and sweat and a lot of smiley faces while dancing with big movements - this is a very celebratory and happy dance, Bollywood (Filmi - what you see in Bollywood movies, fun-filled, poppy, with expressions, and will make you sweat sometimes infused with Bhangra), Semi-Classical (a beautiful and graceful storytelling art through dance, eyes, feet), and women's sexy dance empowerment classes where women turn on their sexy divine selves for which they never had the permission to be at home o rin their upbringing. Through sensual dance movement in a safe and holistic space, we provide a safe space for women to explore a part of them that might have been repressed through patriarchy, sexual abuse, divorce, unhealthy relationships, or surgery. You get naughty and find a new level of wholeness and acceptance while feeling alive in your body during every class. We believe women are goddesses that deserve to live their lives full of pleasure, wholeness, inner safety, and shame-free. Through our classes, we support others in feeling more whole inside out vs outside in.Through our in-depth experience in shifting inside out with training in Meta Medicine, Chi Nei Tsang, Reiki Work, Clairvoyant program, Shadow work, coaching, endless awards from celebrities in dance competitions, and performing at top theatre, films, and award ceremonies - we not only teach you how to express yourself like a Bollywood star but we seek to inspire, make a difference by improving health and fitness, create a shift in mindset, perception of everyday life and its challenges, and support you in creating a positive body image.

Hailing from the dream dance city of Mumbai, which is also home to Bollywood, these energetic, charismatic, and fun dance instructors-performers-entertainers, Manpreet and Amit, have spread Indian dance music and moves across the length and breadth of India, USA, and Europe. Learn a combination of a 60 minute Bollywood or Bhangra dance lesson that will leave you feeling loved, lighter, and delighted in excitement every week. They will be teaching you an all-levels Bollywood dance lesson to a Bollywood song from India for 60 minutes. Come one come all. We can't wait to see you all!Enter through transit center building and take the elevator to rooftop. We will be close to the elevator.(This event is free so need to register or show your tickets - just show up) Classes might be video taped for marketing purposes.
