Community Health Initiative

此课程为线下课，不提供线上同步。
此课程已于10月2日开班，将持续十周，欢迎同学们随时加入。
我们邀请学生在上课前后填写两份问卷，帮助我们评估课程的有效性。
时间：每周日下午2：10 - 3：40 。
地点：Howard Community College, DH 216。

3. 情绪调节，学习如何有效地调节自己的情绪、思想和行为 
4. 压力管理，学习有效地管理压力、激励自己
5. 了解他人的情绪，学习与他人共情
6. 如何避免认知误区
7. 如何应对校园霸凌和歧视
8. 如何和家长沟通
9. 头脑风暴和问题解决的技巧
10. 培养健康的生活习惯和设立合理的目标
