<p>The Warehouse at Brooklyn Street is hosting its first pop-up experience to feature artist Vanessa Cuccia’s music video premiere and piano concert on October 18th in Detroit.  Shigeto will be DJing the evening. This space boasts a unique take on a music venue. With a selection of cocktails and wines, guests walk into a dimly lit spacious arena, featuring a baby grand piano and furniture that mimics a nostalgic and eclectic den. These couches and coffee tables are not just to enjoy while you bask in the hypnotic musical stylings of Cuccia’s original compositions, but they are also for sale. Guests can make themselves comfortable, as if they are simply friends of Vanessa’s at her home, having a glass of wine while she plays piano and sings. But they can also decide to purchase the furniture pieces, as a memento for what will surely be a night to remember. Vanessa’s music, with influences from jazz and classical, is said to soothe as much as titillate its listener, a typical music venue is not suited.</p>
