The Richmond District office is responsible for the delivery of SBA programs and services to 92 counties in Virginia (excluding the counties of Arlington, Fairfax and Loudoun, and cities of Alexandria, Fairfax and Falls Church which are served by ourWashington, D.C. District Office). The Richmond District office is located in the Federal Building, Suite 1150, 400 North 8th Street, Richmond, Virginia 23219. Miriam Bridges Bio – I am the Business Liaison Librarian at Old Dominion University. As the business librarian I provide instruction, collection development and consultation services to the students and faculty at the Strome College of Business. I also teach library resources for business planning workshops for the Women’s Business Center at ODU and provide library consultation to the Veterans Business Outreach Center at ODU. I am an advocate for libraries and I believe your library card is the ticket to a world of amazing information and resources.
