Women's Sound Healing Circle - October 20

Heather Mullin has always been passionate about the healing properties of sound, music, and mindfulness her entire life.  In 2021 she created Healing Harmony in response to the emerging health crisis caused by the COVID19 pandemic. This healing practice was formed out of  the profound personal lessons Heather learned during her own healing journey through sexual violence, trauma, surgery, and emotional and physical pain.  This transformational journey brought her back home to her decades long practice of meditation, mindfulness, and music.

<h1>Women’s Sound Healing Circle</h1>PART 3 of a 6 week series Thursday from 7 to 8 pm beginning 10/6 until 11/10 at Mind Body Sanctuary located at 4204 Leary Way NW, Seattle, WA.
