According to a 2021 Gallup study, income and age are likely factors in whether or not someone has a will.October is Estate Planning Month and if you have not started your will or estate planning, you&#x27;re not alone. Many believe estate planning is just for the wealthy or for older adults, and we want to help change that!Join us on October 28 from 9-10:30 a.m. at Alliance Bernstein World Headquarters (501 Commerce Street in downtown Nashville) for a discussion on legacy and estate planning for you and those you love, PLUS resources to get started. Our panelists include Founder/ President of RoseCrete Wealth Management, Reggie Ford; Founder of Elder Law Nashville, Barbara Moss; and VP and Investment Advisor of Alliance Bernstein, Nicholas Birren. Refreshments will be served.<h2>P﻿resenters:</h2><a href="https://www.rosecrete.com/our-team" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Reggie Ford</a> is the founder and president of RoseCrete Wealth Management where he serves individuals, families, and businesses through a variety of financial strategies including investment management, wealth and estate planning, and insurance. Reggie is a proud graduate of Vanderbilt University and currently resides in his hometown of Nashville with his wife, Katie. <a href="https://elderlawofnashville.com/about-us/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Barbara Moss</a>, the founder of Elder Law of Nashville, has been practicing law in Nashville for more than 30 years. She started out as a trial lawyer and now focuses her practice on elder law, conservatorships, probate, estate planning, Medicare and Medicaid. Her mission, and the mission of her staff, is to relieve the anxiety of seniors and their families as they prepare for and face the challenges of aging while maintaining their standard of living. Barbara and her husband, Tom, love adventure travel, cooking, and their grandchildren, all of whom live in Nashville.<a href="https://www.bernstein.com/our-team/locations/nashville/nick-birren.html" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Nicholas Birren</a> is a Vice President and Investment Advisor in the Nashville office of Bernstein Private Wealth Management. Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Nicholas served as the Director of Business Development for a marketing technology firm where he helped clients such as Procter &amp; Gamble, McDonald’s, Bridgestone and Netflix optimize their marketing budgets. He is also a two-time Emmy-nominated television producer for CBS, NBC and the Hallmark Channel, and was involved in launching OWN: the Oprah Winfrey Network in 2011. Nicholas lives in Sumner County with his wife and children.
