Hey, Cleveland and Columbus. This is Bottoms Up! Yoga & Brew. We want to help you on your health & fitness journey, while living a fun and balanced life. Come join us in our fun community yoga classes at craft breweries around Cleveland, Columbus, & Toledo. We also offer private lessons for Wedding Day Yoga, work events, and private sessions. *﻿These Tuesday night classes will be tailored towards Intermediate level yogis. For a more beginner-friendly/ all-levels class please check out one of our weekly brew class options!*
Bottoms Up! Yoga will continue to rock our popular donations-based classes over the winter! We will be holding classes on select Tuesdays at 6pm in the Lakewood Public Library (Main Branch).
Join Bottoms Up! Yoga for some Pay What You Can (Good Vibes) yoga in the multipurpose meeting room at the library to practice with our community.
V﻿alerie will be leading her awesome flows for us that you&#x27;ve come to love in this great space.
Please let us know if you’re gonna make it out. (Required: Foot coverings must be worn at all times inside the library, and water bottles must have a cap/lid. Please bring your own mat, water, towel, etc.!)
