Welcome to the registration site for the 2023 Annual Meeting of the Southwestern Social Science Association.  #SSSA2023Depending on your browser, either click the green 'TICKETS' button or choose from the 'Participate as an  individual' or 'Create an organization' options when you are ready to begin the registration process. Each participant should have a unique email address for virtual access purposes.NOTE:  By attending this event, you consent to photography and video occurring, which may be published to the SSSA's website and social media platforms.If you need to pay for your tickets with a corproate card from a tax-exempt institution, contact the SSSA Treasurer, craig.walker@okbu.edu, to get the link to our tax-exempt payment site. We are not able to remove state-required sales taxes from Evenbrite-based registrations.30 March-1 April, Omni Fort Worth HotelIf you would like to join SSSA or renew your membership before the conference, point your browser <a href="http://bit.ly/2frxVhb" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">to this site</a>, then return here to complete your registration. You may also renew your registration through this site while registering for the conference. Due to state sales tax requirements, we are not able to offer or renew memberships through Eventbrite. Refunds are not available, once a participant has registered.Conference participants (students excepted) attending the physical (in-person) meeting and who are not staying at the conference hotel and who do not live within 100 miles of the conference hotel will be charged a hotel surcharge equivalent to one night's stay at the conference hotel. We will be checking this against the hotel's records at the conference. We will not waive the hotel surcharge for any reason. If you have any problems with the registration site, please email the SSSA Communications Director at sssacomsdir@gmail.com.
