Dissolve away tension from your daily routine with a fun night of axe throwing. Axe throwing helps relieve built-up stress in the body by releasing endorphins that improve your mood, increase your energy, and speed up blood flow.Relatively new to some, axe throwing is a growing and exciting form of entertainment, no matter your skill level. It is also a great exercise for your arms, core, shoulders, and legs. But best of all, it&#x27;s fun for friends and co-workers!Dr. Jacqui O&#x27;Kane, family medicine physician, will share information on how stress management and mental health impact your overall wellness.Light refreshments will be provided.Please note that closed toed shoes are required! Participants will sign a waiver upon arrival.
