FIRST THURSDAY SOUND BATHS AT ELEVATE COMMUNITY YOGA

Elevate Community Yoga

Join us for our monthly journey into sound with your host Jake Murry. These gatherings will feature the use of Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and a variety of other healing instruments from around the world. There is a sliding scale recommended donation for these events of $5-15 and we ask that you please donate what you can afford.PLEASE NOTE THE TIME CHANGE GOING FOWARD IN 2023Doors:6:45pm (please wait until the curtains have been opened, there is a yoga class that will be getting out at this time).7:00pm Introduction and welcoming.7:10-7:50pm Sound bath begins (doors will be locked at this time to ensure the quality of the experience for all).8:00pm Closings and gratitude
