XPA 是泰德阳光集团团队研发的区块链项目。泰德阳关集团，横跨媒体经营，技术开发，和资本投资，总部设于香港和台湾，与台北，东京，纽约设有技术研发和市场推广办公室，香港和台北研发中心过百人。集团旗下的产品和服务包括：区块链技术infinitechain的研发和推广，虚拟货币交易所 Tidebit的经营, 区块链在金融交易的服务 TideEx, 分布式云存储  I SUNCLOUD, 和人工智能媒体平台 ISUNMEIDA。

Jack Yang, 博士毕业于斯坦福大学航空航天系，曾于美国宇航局和PARC实验室从事研究，2006年创立以太矩阵(北京)科技有限公司，从事三维物体识别移动网络的开发，成为亚洲最大网络智能应用开发商，被美国Laszlo公司收购。之后创立斯格太阳能，以世界第二转化率在台湾生产铜铟镓硒薄膜太阳能电池，出口德国，并在中国与中广核集团和中节能集团合作，在青海建立60平方公里太阳能发电场，与泰国王室合作创建泰国生产工厂和发电电场。目前创立Vihoo公司，从事物联网和人工智能的开发，2017年12月被日本最大电信运营商软银(电信)选定为供应商。
