Children will show care by assembling snack packs and decorating cheer cards for hospitalized kids and their families.

Who this Anywhere Project is for:Ages 2-12. Not sure if this project is the right fit for your kids? Email us with questions at programs@seedsofcaring.org.What you&#x27;ll be doing:When your child is seriously ill, families need caring hearts to help them through the day. In this project, children will build empathy for hospitalized kids and their families through age-appropriate discussion. Then helping hands will assemble 10+ on-the-go snack packs and decorate cheer cards to spread care and kindness to hospitalized kids and their families staying at the <a href="https://rmhc-centralohio.org/?gclid=CjwKCAiA-_L9BRBQEiwA-bm5fpuuMAaaqJ8-YqShuH9jhD3RnYEsF5t1V5gmO6ZbAnKE_rb9ZrHrsRoCsfEQAvD_BwE" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio</a>. When you&#x27;ll be doing it:This Anywhere Project can be done at home, school, or wherever you are! This project is on-going. Families and groups may participate as often as they’d like until the project ends on October 31st. Full drop-off details will be included in the service packet link in your confirmation email.How it all works:Once you have completed registration, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite with a link to your service packet. This packet includes project instructions, guided discussions and more. If for some reason you cannot access this file, please email programs@seedsofcaring.org for assistance.The meaning-making:Engaging children’s hearts and minds before getting their hands active with service is a vital step in raising caring, compassionate humans. In every Seeds of Caring service packet, you&#x27;ll find quick, easy-to-use guides to support you in leading meaning-making conversations! This project&#x27;s guided discussion focuses on hospitalized children.Approximate Cost: $15 for 10 snack packs (exact packing list will be included in service packet. All snack packs will include at least 2 non-perishable snacks).Why you&#x27;ll be invited to donate:Every time we&#x27;re able to design, coordinate, and offer an opportunity for kids to give back, it&#x27;s with the help of supporters like you.
