PEEL'S (PITTSBURGH'S ELEVATED & EMERGING LEADERS) GRATEFUL GATHERING

At PEEL, our purpose is to support others in growing personally, professionally, and through meaningful service to the community. We believe in empowerment through shared experiences, enrichment, and real connection. Joy isn't an afterthought for us—it’s a core part of how we lead and live. We create space for both established and emerging leaders to grow by showing up with selfless service, offering honest feedback, and celebrating the individuality that each person brings to the table. Every event we host is grounded in a charitable mindset and a genuine desire to give back in whatever way is needed. At the core, kindness is our constant and joy is our approach.
