ヴィーナス・マジックに参加して見ませんか。
心と体を癒し、自分らしくある美しさと自信を取り戻す、ベリーダンスの動きを取り入れたダンスワークと瞑想のワークショップです。
 
ベリーダンスは世界最古の踊りとも言われ、その起源は豊穣や子宝を祈るものだったとも言われています。また女性が女性の体を祝福できる踊りで健康やシェイプアップのためだけでなく癒し効果も抜群でまさに自分の中のDivine Goddess 聖なる女神を感じることができるダンスです。『ヴィーナス・マジック』では踊り経験の有無にかかわらず楽しんでいただけます
 
今回はベリーダンサーでもあり奇跡のコースのヒーラーでもある佐藤みよこさんによる女神の誘導瞑想によりあなたの中の聖なる女神と出逢う特別瞑想、
