As a self-care coach, La'Vista works with women across all walks of life to help them recognize the power of consistent, personalized self-care.Often viewed as a trailblazer in the self-care space, she offers virtual self-care retreats. These one-of-a-kind retreats allow La'Vista's clients the experience the benefits of intentional self-care practices.Although she is a proud native of Ohio, La'Vista currently resides in Arizona.
