Experience a grounding yoga flow led by Jillian Woodard of Namaste by Jay. Succulent Native will lead a planting workshop and host a private shopping experience for participants immediately after.Please bring your own mat and props. Our yoga flow will begin promptly at 9 am so prepare to arrive before then!Music makes a difference in this practice -- For some of Jillian&#x27;s sample playlists, see her Spotify <a href="https://open.spotify.com/user/1229847725?si=7ad2cc0222144b08" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here</a>!<h3>About Jillian Woodard and Namaste by Jay </h3><a href="https://namastebyjay.com/the-instructors/jillian-woodard" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Jillian</a> is a yoga and meditation practitioner located in Austin, Texas. She began her yoga journey as a high school student in Columbus Ohio. Since earning her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification in 2019 through CorePower Yoga, Jillian has furthered her education through both virtual and in-person trainings. Currently, Jillian is the Yoga and Meditation Practitioner for Therapy for Black Girls, a Free People Movement Partner, and an instructor at Black Swan Yoga. Namaste by Jay is a wellness collective for Black women focused on holistic healing through yoga, meditation, storytelling, and community building. Our mission is to provide a warm, respectful, and welcoming in-person and online community where Black women can connect, share their stories and experiences, find inspiration, and access resources for healing -- mind, body, and soul.Although Namaste by Jay’s mission is focused on the healing of Black women, all allies are welcome to attend.
