Amy Morrison is a Denver therapist, trainer, coach and overall wellness specialist. She loves teaching others about the importance of breath work and she is passionate about introducing others to mindfuless and mental wellness.

Join us for a 2 hour workshop to experience the magic of ice + heat. We will start with breath work and then enjoy some contrast therapy.

New Location!

<p>Purchase a spot to experience an XPT Style ice bath and sauna session. We will do a couple rounds of up to 3 minutes in the ice bath followed by about 20 minutes in the sauna. </p>
