Fit Fighters Fitness

<p>SGMC and Fit Fighters Fitness are partnering to offer a self-defense class to empower and prepare women. The class gives women the knowledge and skills necessary to be aware of their surroundings and protect and defend themselves if necessary. It includes real-life stories of assault with re-enactment skits and skills along with 30 minutes of hands-on demonstrations with trained instructors.</p><p>Please wear workout clothes and bring your own water bottle.
