Your Room- Recycled Art. Fresh Advice

A not-for-profit visual arts organization since 1960, The Art Center Highland Park (TAC) provides a visual arts education to Highland Park and its surrounding communities, assuring access to the arts for all ages and cultural interests. This vigorous community-centered organization inspires everyone from tots through seniors to achieve and transform their world through more than 400 art classes offered annually in photography, oil and acrylic painting, watercolor, pastel, mixed media painting, ceramics, jewelry making, metalsmithing, digital arts, fiber art, mosaics, assemblage and more. TAC also brings national and regional art of established and emerging artists to our galleries through 20 exhibits of contemporary art each year to the surrounding community and Chicagoland area.TAC MissionThe Art Center Highland Park (TAC) is a non-profit arts organization dedicated to education in the contemporary visual arts through classes, outreach programs, gallery exhibitions and events. Recycled Art Sale 2022

The Annual Recycled Art Sale includes thousands of pieces of art that have been donated to The Art Center from private collectors, galleries, estates, corporate art collections, and institutions throughout the year.

W﻿ith thousands of pieces to choose from, it can be overwhelming to decide on the perfect art piece for your home. With the help of a professional, get some tips on showcasing your personal style through your art selection. Reserve an individualized 20-minute consultation with an interior designer at The Art Center Highland Park&#x27;s Recycled Art Sale! Here&#x27;s how it works: <ol><li>T﻿ake pictures of the room in your home that you are looking to spruce up. Take measurements, too! Make sure to bring these with you to your consultation.</li><li>A﻿rrive at the Recycled Art Sale 15-20 minutes before your appointment. Browse the sale and pick out a few pieces that you like!</li><li>B﻿ring your selected artworks, the images of your room, and your ideas to meet with your professional interior designer! They will make recommendations based on your space and your art selections! </li><li>W﻿alk away with a beautiful art piece at a discounted price that you can be confident will be a great fit in your home!</li></ol>F﻿REE with $5 admission to the Recycled Art Sale! A community favorite for over 20 years, the variety of items is vast and of high quality, including paintings, prints, ceramics, decorative objects, vintage posters, antiques, sculpture, art glass, jewelry, and more.
