Flowing with Ease:  Pop-Up Yoga to Benefit the Arthritis Foundation

Sherrell is a wellness educator and meditation guide who began practicing yoga and meditation due to her own experiences with health challenges and chronic pain.  During her enlistment in the Army, Sherrell began experiencing excruciating back pain. Upon receiving a diagnosis of arthritis her doctor also recommended yoga. That recommendation and a recommitment to her faith transformed her life and opened the door to healing mind, body, spirit. She is registered with the National Yoga Alliance, E-RYT-200, and completed her first yoga training in 2010.

As a veteran living with arthritis I am committed to sharing my faith, yoga, meditation, and resources with others who are living with arthritis and other chronic pain ailments.
