We need your help planting a few dozen new trees along El Rio Trail  in Boca Raton on Sat, Oct. 22nd.

Community Greening &amp; the City of Boca Raton need your help as we add 40 new trees along El Rio Trail.Tree Planting starts at 9am. Event concludes around 11am.Volunteers can park along <a href="https://goo.gl/maps/icPzKLeZd48jozDk6" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">NW 35th St</a>, or in the Islamic Center of Boca parking (3480 NW 5th Ave, Boca Raton), and cross NW 5th Ave where we will be planting along El Rio Trail. There will be CG Tents and signage to help guide you.All participants must register online in advance - space is limited!Please wear closed-toed shoes, and clothing that can get a little dirty. We also encourage you to wear a hat &amp; sunscreen.Upon arrival to the Planting, we'll get everyone checked in, go through a demonstration on proper planting techniques, and then volunteers will go off in groups to plant trees!These trees will help to cool the trail, help with stormwater drainage, and add beauty for local residents.Community Greening will have all of the necessary tools, as well as gloves and water (though feel free to bring your own).The planting will take place along a stretch of El Rio Trail in Boca.
