This class series will be fun and profound. It will assist you in calming your mind to discover your unique creative power through art.

EARTH Space PDX

H﻿i there, It will be fun and profound and will trigger your creative potential in a radically new way. Whether you have never held a paintbrush or are a seasoned artist, you are most welcome.During each class, we will warm up with fun painting exercises and small meditation before deepening into the meditative painting session. No previous experience in painting is needed, and ALL PAINTING MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED. I recommend bringing : -﻿ a book note with you. Some insights or realizations can come to you during the painting session, and you might want to write them down. -﻿ water bottle or any drink to keep you hydrated during the class. -﻿ Some sleep masks will be provided for a fun, intuitive painting exercise however you can bring your own or a kerchief long enough to tie around the head if desired. Places are limited to 6 people, please reserve your spot in advance.Y﻿ou can also pay me via Venmo at @Fullyart (Sophie Piedra-Mansuet).
