Wellness principles and Tarot Wellness ideas guide my practice.  I use this dynamic approach to help individuals organize around ancestral messages received. Together we design wellness plans, healing rituals and best practices that serve their growth, development and healing.  My series of metaphysic workshops provides guidance around daily realities and the understanding of it.

Tarot for Self Love is a dynamic event that centers tarot as a healing and wellness tool.

<h3>Guests will understand the connection between their life experiences and the Tarot cards. They will be introduced to Tarot as a dynamic wellness tool that can be fun, healing and influence leadership. The goal is to identify the power of your narrative and rethinking your personal story. Guests will expand on their idea on what wellness and healing can look like. </h3>C﻿ircle Duration: 90 minutes. L﻿ocation: ZoomIntentions &amp; What to Expect:<ol><li>Connecting to Higher self.</li><li>Guided Messages.</li><li>Being Metaphysical &amp; Magical.</li><li>Dynamic Healing.</li></ol>Preparation:<ol><li>Please be in a quiet area with little distraction and or interruption. </li><li>B﻿ring writing materials to take notes on messages received. </li><li> Hydrate and drink water before, during &amp; after a session.</li><li> Light a candle, incense or be near an open window before, during &amp; after a session.</li><li> Say a prayer of gratitude in advance for messages received before session &amp; after. </li></ol>A﻿fter Care:<ol><li>M﻿ake sure to hydrate and drink lots water after session.</li><li>R﻿eview notes.</li><li>M﻿editate, say a prayer of gratitude and reflect. </li></ol>T﻿hank you for your interest in my Metaphysics series...Tune in to more Tarot Wellness events!
