<p>Kady Rain has been the pop queen of Austin, TX since 2014, and her reign is only getting stronger. Kady uses her harrowing but inspiring life story as inspiration for her music, and whether it’s in-your-face pop punk or pure bubblegum goodness, there’s no spin on the pop genre she won’t try. Her single “R.A.D. Moves” was NPR’s Song of the Summer for 2018, and in 2019 she had the honor of performing at ACL Festival. Earlier in 2022, Kady released her self-titled debut LP, featuring collaborations with Boy Sim, Mike Grubbs (Wakey!Wakey!) and Frenchie Smith (Front Bottoms, Toadies) and her music video &quot;Got Away&quot; was an official selection at the Key West, Mindfield, Screen Atx, and Transparent film festivals, as well as several others. Kady was also recently selected to open for Vincint on his Turn Up the Love tour and featured in Rainbow Media&#x27;s documentary series of the tour.</p>
