We are a citizen-based nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting clean water for the sake of public health, recreation, and wildlife habitat throughout our patrol area, the Black Warrior River watershed.

Join Black Warrior Riverkeeper for a litter cleanup on Sunday, October 16, 2022!Parking: There is a gravel parking area (it is circled in red on the map below)What we encourage volunteers to wear/bring:1. Comfortable clothing that you do not mind getting a little wet or dirty (preferably long pants)2. Closed-toed shoes3. Water 4﻿. Sun protection (hats, sunscreen, etc)What we will provide:1. Garbage bags2. Gloves/Litter Pickers
