PVD Fallcomers 5k XC Team Challenge

I'm a local providence runner and 2 time Olympian. Team Cross Country was always one of my favorite experiences so I wanted to bring another all-comers XC race opportunity to the area for people of all ages to enjoy while supporting local youth sports and fitness.

Roger Williams Park Temple to Music Field

The PVD Fallcomers is an all comers 5k Cross Country Race through Roger Williams Park. It&#x27;s hosted by the Rhode Island Track Club with Molly Huddle and co sponsored this year by the Roger Williams Park Conservancy, proceeds will support local RI youth running programs. When: Free kids mile fun run at 9:00 AM, followed by the 5k at 9:30 AMWhere: Roger WIlliams Park Temple Of Music Field (parking along F.C. Memorial Drive)What: A 5k with one mile of grass, a mile of road and a mile of trail (flats recommended over spikes). Compete as an individual or in one of 3 team categories: 4 men, 4 women or 2 men/2 women mixed team.Prizes include Saucony Shoes and Polar GPS watches among some local treats.
