Parents and preteens &amp; teens come out to join us to experience and learn about a variety of mental health alternatives that help reduce stress, anxiety and overwhelm. Come out to learn and experience: * Mindfulness techniques to find clarity and feel more grounded * Retrain the Brain with a fresh new perspective and positive self-talk* Movement to release tension and stress stored in the body* Nutrition to heal and so much more.Teens need good mental health to develop in a healthy way, build strong relationships, adapt to change, and deal with life’s challenges.We want to be there for them when they need us the most. **** Alternative Practitioners that have modalities that can support the mental health and wellness of preteens and teens and would like to get introduced to families seeking your support please email mentalhealthalternatives@gmail.com
