The first annual Capital SweatFest at Frog Alley Brewing Co is sponsored by BEST FITNESS.The day will feature free workout classes from Studio 4 Hot Yoga + Pilates, OrangeTheory Niskayuna, PWR, Schenectady CrossFit, CrossFit Shatter, Crunch, Spin Revolution, and Best Fitness. PLUS, food and drinks from True Juice, Liza's, Take 2, and Grahams Coffee Parlor.All tickets are free, with the option to donate to the American Cancer Society! Come join us for a great day for a great cause. PLUS, bring your family and friends to enjoy Frog Alley Beer and food from Annabel's Pizza Co while you work out!
